The first thing that strikes you about the crisp, elegant, corrugated iron-clad villas is the sense of authentic Australian architecture, with connotations of tin buildings and stone walls typical of the Australian countryside. This combines delightfully with contemporary design approaches to light, space and openness.

It’s clear when you first step into the villas that they have been well designed. There is a satisfying combination of spaciousness, openness to the surroundings, unimpeded natural lighting, privacy, cosy shelter and homely comfort. The high standard finishes and appliances contribute to an ambience of exquisite luxury.

Each villa includes a queen-size bed fitted with electric blanket, Minijumbuck underlay and premium quality doona, bedside cabinets and lamps, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with a capacious, nurturing bath, a kitchenette with sink, microwave and fridge, adjacent dining and sitting room space with television, and a private outdoor deck with stunning views of the lake. Each villa is heated and cooled with minimum-effort wall-mounted reverse cycle air-conditioning.

The Tree Tops Villa is upstairs and the Lake View Villa is downstairs.

The nightly tariff includes a continental breakfast of juice, fruit, cereals, Irrewarra sourdough bread for toast and spreads together with tea, coffee and homemade biscuits.

The conflicts of the world seem beyond reach in the silence, solitude and harmony of this matchless setting.

Both Tree Tops and Lake View villas have a NO smoking policy and pets are not permitted. The villas do not have provisions for children (no children allowed).
